Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer 7-day returns and exchanges from the date of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns with visible wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

Reverse Pick-Up

We provide reverse pick-up for eligible pin codes.

  • A flat ₹100 reverse shipping fee per order will be deducted from your refund.

  • The courier will attempt pick-up up to 3 times.

  • If pick-up fails, you must self-ship the product to our address below.

  • Reverse pick-up is subject to availability in your area.

Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale products
